Holly Hayes, CPA, MST
Managing Partner

Holly started her career at a national firm and gained experience in the tax preparation of federal and state returns for individuals and small to mid-size businesses as well as International Tax. She moved to a smaller firm in Tacoma and enjoyed the closer connection to her clients and the community. At the smaller firm she was able to expand on her previous knowledge and  develop her skills in the areas she loves. 

Over the years Holly has expanded her focus to international tax, investment partnerships, real estate, financial instruments and hedge funds, entity formations, and business sales and acquisitions. Holly has worked closely with her clients to make planning decisions to reach both individual and business goals and objectives. She has extensive experience working with the formation of business entities, sales and acquisitions, real estate purchases and sales, and foreign reporting.

​The last few years have brought many changes to the tax compliance and tax consulting world at a global level as well as the individual level. Therefore, solid research based decision making and innovative thinking and expertise is needed more than ever. 

​Holly is dedicating to exceptional service while supporting the overall goals and objectives of her clients. This starts at the beginning by learning and listening to what the needs are and developing strategic plans of action. Strong and lasting relationships are the ultimate goal through collaboration and timely communication.
