Nancy Bishop
Tax & Small Business Manager 

Nancy and her family moved from Kentucky to Forks, Washington in 1981. She graduated from Forks High School in 1983 and began working on her accounting degree in 1984, which she completed in 1989.

 Nancy has been in the accounting industry for 40 years and in public accounting for 34 of those years.  She owned and operated her own accounting and tax business for five years before moving to Olympia in 1995 and joining Knight, Vale & Gregory, which later became RSM McGladrey.  Along with being a tax manager, Nancy managed the small business department in their Olympia office for the majority of the 15 years she was with the firm.  She joined Armour Vickerman, PLLC in June of 2010 and recently branched off to join Vickerman CPA Group in January of 2018, supporting the same role as tax and small business manager.  

Her expertise include the following:  Business and individual income tax preparation, software support and training, QuickBooks Pro advisor, hands-on accounting including internal assistance, accounts payable and receivable services, financial statements, payroll consulting services, State business and occupation taxes, internal control procedures, interviewing and testing potential employees, monthly, quarterly and annual tax accounting, general support for questions and advice for clients and monthly, quarterly and annual payroll and business tax return preparation.
